1. Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or refund on physical materials, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your request and inspect the issue, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that for physical items, the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include:
- Digital Study Packs & Online Classes: Once accessed or downloaded, these are generally non-refundable unless there is a proven technical error preventing access.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Personalized or custom-made educational materials.
4. Exchanges (Physical Items)
If you would like to exchange a physical item for a different version, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. You will be responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
In the unfortunate event that your physical study material arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.
6. Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
